Tourniquets compress a chemical-resistant sealing pad against the damaged area with enough force to stop leaks. A quick, reliable method for stopping and containing leaks caused by machinery or neglect. If you have hazardous or expensive liquids in containment, these tourniquets are an important part of your spill response plan. The Drum Tourniquet is available with a ratchet strap system for surfaces other than, and including, steel. Because most drum punctures are caused by forklift tongs, a forklift mount is available for easy storage and quick access. The Tanker Tourniquet is available in a magnet model or suction model for non-ferrous vessels like stainless steel and aluminum. The Tanker Tourniquet is used successfully on tanker trucks, railcars and other large containment vessels.
