The Cyclonator is a high pressure wash system complete with wash racks, a water reclamation system, and a fresh water holding tank.  It provides a cost effective means for cleaning small and large equipment while preventing ground and stormwater contamination by capturing and reduces water and disposal costs by reclaiming the washwater. Each Cyclonator wash rack module is water tight and seals tightly to adjoining racks to prevent gaps in containment.  Easy to use both in and outdoors, the Cyclonator is both modular and portable and can be easily expanded from 6' X 6' to 30' X 60'.  The Cyclonator requires no special plumbing or digging and the set-up and breakdown takes less than an hour!

The Cyclonator includes:

    To Operate:

Objects to be washed are either placed or driven onto the Cyclonator racks.  Water first enters the filtration chamber through a large steel removable strainer located next to a stainless steel oil skimmer and a waste oil holding reservoir.  From this first chamber, the effluent water is forced under an oil-trapping wall and up over a cascading wall to remove free oils and coarse solids.  From the oil/solids separator, the water flows into a clarifier that efficiently removes particulate.  Water is then pumped from the clarifying chamber through filters removing contaminates down to 1 micron or approximately 1/50th the diameter of the human hair!  After passing through the filters, the water travels into the 300 gallon holding tank which feeds the pressure washer, completing the loop.
To control algae and bacteria, ozone exposure is injected into the treated water.    Therefore, the system continuously recirculates water from the holding tank back to the oil-skimming chamber ensuring consistent ozone exposure to all system water.  In addition to spreading ozone through the system, the recirculation function also continuously filters the water in the system.
